Along with the signature silicone gasket seal, this updated collection of the innovative Prokeeper containers features larger capacities, easy-lift latches and secure side grips. Designed for baking, the nine-piece set includes 4.1-qt flour, 2.4-qt. sugar, 1.6 qt. brown sugar, 2-qt. powdered sugar and two .42-qt. mini containers. Each of the mini-keepers can store a box of baking soda or baking powder and include a shaker and sliding leverer for accurate measuring. The brown sugar container is outfitted with terracotta tamper in a dedicated compartment to keep sugar moist. Stored inside the lid, the magnetic leveler is a handy feature to the flour storage container, while the sugar storage container is equipped with a funneled spout for easy pouring. The powdered sugar houses a stainless steel dusting spoon with magnetic closure neatly in its lid.
